Who prepares my taxes? Your taxes are prepared and reviewed by licensed tax professionals through April Taxes. 
Does this cover both federal and state taxes? Yes. It includes federal + state filing for both your business and personal taxes.
What type of businesses are supported? Currently, this service is available for single-member LLCs. If you have a multi-member LLC or corporation, we’ll continue supporting you through (1-800Accountant).
Is Schedule C included? Yes. Schedule C (Profit or Loss from Business) is included for single-member LLCs.
Can I see my tax documents in ZenBusiness? Yes. You’ll be able to access your tax filing documents directly from your ZenBusiness dashboard.
How often are the quarterly tax planning consultations? You’ll get 4 structured sessions per year — one each quarter.
Do I need to prepare anything before the consult? If you use Money Pro, your tax expert will already have access to your business transactions. If not, you may be asked to upload some financial info. You can also bring any relevant questions you may have. 
Do I still need to pay estimated taxes if I have the Quarterly Tax Planning? Yes, the consultations are designed to help you calculate and plan for your estimated quarterly payments. April does not make payments on your behalf.
Is this plan good for businesses with fluctuating income? Yes. The combination of planning + filing helps businesses with irregular income stay ahead of their tax responsibilities.
Can I use the bundle if I haven’t started using Money Pro? Yes, but Money Pro makes the experience better by syncing your data in real time. If you don’t have it, we’ll prompt you to try it from the tax dashboard.
How is this different from my old tax service (1-800Accountant)? April Taxes is fully integrated with ZenBusiness. No external logins, third-party upsells, or separate portals. Plus, it's built for faster turnaround and easier tracking.
What if I’m a returning customer? If you used 1-800Accountant before, your dashboard will still show your previous service. You’ll still get support for your existing plan.
Can I switch from 1-800Accountant to April? Yes, but it’s recommended to wait until your current filing is complete. Contact support if you’d like to switch providers.
