Continuing the Stripe Onboarding Process After Closing the Application
Why completing Stripe onboarding matters for your small business?
Connecting Stripe is an essential step when setting up payments for your small business. Until your Stripe onboarding is fully completed and verified:

Payouts cannot be sent to your bank account.

Payment processing may be limited.

Your business identity cannot be fully validated, which may delay customer transactions.
If you close the Stripe application before finishing it, the process pauses, but you can easily resume it by verifying your email and logging into your Stripe Dashboard.
How to Continue Your Stripe Application?
Step 1: Check your email for the Stripe verification email
When you start the onboarding process, Stripe sends a verification email to confirm your identity and secure your account.
What to do:

Open your email inbox (the one you used to begin the onboarding process with Stripe).

Look for an email from Stripe with a subject similar to:
“Confirm your email to continue setting up Stripe” -
Click Verify email or Confirm email inside the message.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check spam, promotions, or search for “Stripe”.
Step 2: After verifying, log in to your Stripe Dashboard
Once your email is confirmed, Stripe redirects you to log into your dashboard.
What happens next:

You’ll be taken to the Stripe Dashboard.

Stripe will automatically detect that your application is incomplete.

You’ll see a banner or prompt allowing you to Continue onboarding.
Step 3: Complete the remaining onboarding steps
This includes providing business details, personal identity information, industry information, and payout-bank-account setup.
Once finished:

Your account enters Stripe’s review process.

You’ll be able to fully use Money Pro payment features once Stripe confirms your information.
