The Login Screen Is Telling Me That My Account Cannot Be Found
If you’re seeing an error that says “Your account can’t be found” when trying to log in, here’s how to troubleshoot the issue and get back into your ZenBusiness account.
Step 1: Check How You’re Logging In
This error can appear if you’re trying to log in using the wrong method.
Make sure you are:
- Typing your email address manually into the login fields
- Not clicking the “Continue with Google” button unless you originally created your account using Google login
If you signed up with a regular email and password, using the Google button will not work and may show the "account can't be found" message.
Step 2: Try Logging In Again
- Go to the ZenBusiness login page
- Enter your email address manually
- Enter your password
- Click Log In
If you’re not sure which method you used to create your account, try logging in using both:
- Email + password
- Google login button
Still Seeing the Error?
If you're typing in your email address (not using the Google login button) and still see “account can't be found,” it’s possible:
- There may be a typo in the email
- You’re using a different email than the one used to register
