ZenBusiness is committed to protecting customer records, files, and other sensitive information acquired as a part of Zenbusiness’s operations. This Data Security Policy is designed to identify and mitigate the procedures and methods best suited to store and protect sensitive, personal, and confidential information. This policy covers seven data security components:
Ensuring Data Security and Accountability
Network Service Security
Data Security Risk Identification and Mitigation
System Updates
Incident Response
Acceptable Use
Monitoring System Compliance
In addition to managing data and network segmentation and ZenBusiness’s overall security posture, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) determines the procedures for identity and access management and reviews this policy at least every 6 months to ensure data security procedures are current and sufficient.
ZenBusiness Money also partners with vendors who are SOC2 compliant (Service Organization Control). SOC 2 compliance is a form of compliance that was created by the American Institute for CPAs specifically focusing on service-based industries. SOC 2 compliance defines the criteria needed for the management of customer data that is built upon five fundamental principles.
