If you do not see a recent deposit you’ve made or a payment in your pending balance, you should follow these steps.

Missing Payment

  1. We recommend that you first reach out to your client to ensure payment was processed on their part.

  2. If the client verifies that they have processed their payment, we recommend that you check your available balance as well as your recent activity.

  3. If at this point you are still not seeing the missing payment, we recommend that you reach out to ZenBusiness Money support via the in-app chat, by emailing Moneysupport@ZenBusiness.com, or by calling 1-844-493-6249. Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm CST.


Missing Deposit

  1. We first recommend that you check your activity on your bank account to ensure the deposit is in fact missing.

  2. Next, we recommend that you check your available balance as well as your recent activity on your ZenBusiness Money dashboard.

  3. If you notice your deposit wasn’t made, you will be able to process your deposit.

  4. If your deposit is still pending please allow 2-3 business days from the date the deposit was initiated for your funds to deposit.

  5. If your deposit shows up successfully on your ZenBusiness Money dashboard, but you’re not seeing it in your bank account, please reach out with ZenBusiness Money support through the in-app chat or by emailing Moneysupport@ZenBusiness.com or by calling 1-844-493-6249.
