Follow these simple steps to sign-up and start using your ZenBusiness Money app.
NOTE: You need to have a ZenBusiness account to use the ZenBusiness Money app.
1. If you are a current ZenBusiness customer, please download the ZenBusiness Money app for Apple IOS here.
2. From your downloaded app, you will be prompted to log in using your ZenBusiness credentials.
- Once you have logged into the app, you will then be presented with a preview of the ZenBusiness Money app.
- Here you can view all the features of ZenBusiness Money.
3. When you’re ready to activate your account, you can click “ACTIVATE ACCOUNT.”
4. You will be presented with the ZenBusiness onboarding screen; click “NEXT.”
5. Next, you will be presented with the user agreements where you’ll need to read and accept these agreements. Read and check all of the agreements and click“NEXT” to proceed.

6. On the next screen, press the “I’M READY” button to proceed to the business verification.
7. On this screen, enter your legal business name into the first box. If you have a DBA, you will enter that into the second box. If you don’t have a DBA, select the “I don’t have a DBA” box. Then click “NEXT” to proceed.
8. On the next screen, enter your business address information and click “NEXT.”
9. Next enter your:
- Industry in the first box
- Expected yearly income in the second box.
- Monthly credit card processing in the third box.
Click “NEXT” to continue.
10. On the next screen, fill out additional information about your business and click “NEXT.”
11. You will then be directed to the next screen, where you will enter in your EIN or select the “I don’t have an EIN number” box. Once complete, click “NEXT.”
12. In this final section of the onboarding process, we want to learn more about you, click “I’M READY” to continue.
13. Enter your first name and add preferred names; if you have one, then click “NEXT.”
14. On the next screen and enter your Last Name and click “Next.”
15. Enter your Mobile Phone number and click “NEXT.”
- This is for your security to ensure we have the right device. You will then be sent an activation code via text.
16. On the next screen, enter the code you were sent via text and click “NEXT.”
17. On the next screen, you will enter your job title and click “NEXT.”
18. Then on the next screen, you will enter your birthday!
- You will be presented with a calendar view for the current day, month, and year.
- If you click the month and year with the blue arrow next to it on the top left of the calendar view, you will be able to adjust the Month and year.
- Once you have the correct Month and year you will press ok and be taken back to the days where you will select the correct day.
19. Next, enter your personal address. If it’s the same as your business, please check the “Same as Business Address” box then click “NEXT” to continue.
20. Next, enter your Social Security Number and click “NEXT.” (Note: This will not affect your credit score.)
21. You will then be directed to a screen that informs you if the identity authentication request was submitted successfully. When you're ready click “NEXT.” (Note: This information will be reviewed within 1-3 business days.)
22. You will then be directed back to the ZenBusiness Money preview. Once your verification is complete (within 1-3 business days) you will receive an email informing you that your account is ready!
