Is ZenBusiness Banking on the ZenBusiness App?
We’re working hard to make ZenBusiness Banking as easy to use and accessible as possible. While Banking is not currently on the app, we’re planning on launching that feature very soon.
Will I receive tax documents for my account?
Because we don’t offer interest-bearing accounts, we don’t provide tax documents for our business bank accounts at this time.
Why might my ZenBusiness Banking account be closed?
Your account may be frozen or closed if there is unusual activity.

How do I close my ZenBusiness account?
If you decide that you no longer want to have a ZenBusiness account, please reach out to our support team via the in-app chat or by emailing moneysupport@zenbusiness.com. Someone from our team can help you close your account quickly.
Note: Please transfer any funds out of your account before closing it.
If your account is closed with a balance greater than $1.00, we’ll return any funds in the Account to you by ACH transfer to another bank account or by paper check.
We reserve the right not to return the funds to you if the balance in your Account is $1.00 or less.
How can I get a voided check from ZenBusiness for my Checking Account
We currently do not provide voided checks. However, you can generate a bank statement for your account within your ZenBusiness checking account.
From the ZenBusiness Banking Dashboard, click the statements button above the list of transactions on the right hand side of the dashboard.
Once on the statements page, you can download a statement by clicking the download button on the right side of the statement.
Additionally, ZenBusiness Banking works with Plaid. If the 3rd party you are working with supports Plaid account linking, it is a fast and secure way to share your banking information. Just look for ZenBusiness as the name in the account list.
