Overview
Transferring funds between linked accounts is quick and secure and a smart way to move money between your multiple accounts. Once you've linked your external account (Read here on how to connect an external account) with your ZenBusiness Banking account, select that linked account. Then you can transfer money to or from that account in just a few clicks, without logging into any other banking app.
To easily transfer funds between your ZenBusiness Banking account and other accounts you own, to your ZenBusiness account by following these steps:
1) Log in to your ZenBusiness Banking account
2) Click “Banking” in the left menu and go to “Connected Accounts”
3) Click “Move money” by the account you want to transfer funds to/ from
4) Click “Deposit money” if you want to deposit money to your ZenBusiness Banking account from the account you selected on the last screen.
Choose “Send money" if you want to send money to your linked account from your ZenBusiness Banking account.
5) Follow the instructions to complete the transfer.
Tips for successful transfers
Keep track of transfer limits, if any, for your accounts to ensure your transactions fall within these limits.
Below are the daily and monthly limits:
ACH
Daily ACH Limits: $10,000
Monthly ACH Limits: $100,000
Wire
Daily wire Limits: $50,000
Monthly wire Limits: $100,000
Regularly monitor your linked accounts to verify that transfers have been executed as expected.
Monitoring Your Transfers
Access and review your transaction history to track and verify your transfers. Follow the below steps to view payment history of a linked account
1) Log in to your ZenBusiness Banking account
2) Click “Banking” in the left menu and go to “Connected Accounts”
3) Click on the three dots next to the account you want to view payments history for
4) Click “Transaction history”
Is it possible to schedule future transfers?
No, ZenBusiness doesn't offer future-dated money transfers yet.
Is there a fee for sending money to a linked account?
It depends. It’s free to send money to your linked accounts through ACH transfers. However, there's a $15 fee for sending money to your linked account through a wire transfer.
How long will it take for my transfer to be credited to my linked account?
That depends on the transfer type you choose while sending money. Here are the estimated times for different transfer types:
ACH
Standard ACH: 3 to 5 business days
Same day ACH initiated before 4:30 pm: Same day
Same day ACH initiated after 4:30 pm: Next business day
Wire
Wire transfers initiated before 3 pm: same day
Wire transfers initiated after 3 pm: next business day
