"Account Can't Be Found" Login Error

The "Your account can't be found" error almost always means you're trying to log in with the wrong method. If you created your account with an email and password, don't use the Google login button — and vice versa. Try both login methods before assuming there's a technical problem.

The Two Login Methods

ZenBusiness has two separate login methods that do not overlap:

  1. Email + password — you type your email and a password you created
  2. Continue with Google — you linked your Google account at signup

If you signed up with one method and try to log in with the other, the system won't find your account and shows this error.

Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Go to app.zenbusiness.com
  2. Try email + password first — type your email address manually, enter your password, click Log In
  3. If that fails, try "Continue with Google" — click the Google button and authenticate with Google
  4. If neither works, verify the email address for typos — try variations you may have used
