Where to Find My Business Documents
All your ZenBusiness business documents — Articles of Organization, EIN letter, operating agreement, and any other filings — are stored in the Documents section of your dashboard. Log in at app.zenbusiness.com, click Documents in the left navigation, and download any document you need.
How to Find Your Documents
- Log in at app.zenbusiness.com
- Click Documents in the left navigation
- Browse or search for the document you need
- Click Download or View
What Documents Are in Your Dashboard
Depending on your plan and services, your documents section will contain:

| Amendment Confirmations | State acceptance of any business amendments | After amendments are filed |
You can also upload your own documents to your ZenBusiness dashboard — useful for storing contracts, licenses, and other business records:
1. Documents page → click Upload
2. Select the file (PDF, image, or document)
3. Add a name/label and save
Documents Not in Your Dashboard
Some documents are delivered directly to you (not through ZenBusiness):
- EIN via SS-4 — if your EIN was issued through the manual SS-4 process due to Error 101, the IRS mails the EIN letter to your business address
- State notices sent to your registered agent — if ZenBusiness is your registered agent, these appear under the Registered Agent section, not Documents
Frequently Asked Questions
My formation says it's complete but I don't see my Articles of Organization.
Documents typically appear within 1–2 business days of state approval. If it's been more than 3 business days, contact support — there may have been a processing delay.
Can I share documents from my ZenBusiness dashboard?
Download the document and share the file directly. There's no built-in sharing link for dashboard documents.
I need to give my bank a copy of my Articles of Organization. Can I use the dashboard version?
Yes — download the PDF from your dashboard and provide it to your bank. Most banks accept the digital PDF version for account opening.
