Starter Plan
Best for: Business owners on a tight budget who plan to add services separately, or those who just need the formation filing and already have (or plan to get) a registered agent, EIN, and operating agreement elsewhere.
What you get: Your LLC formation filed with the state. That's the core service.
What you don't get: Registered agent service, EIN, or operating agreement — these are available as separate add-ons.
Important: If you don't add registered agent service to your Starter plan, you'll either need to serve as your own registered agent or find another provider.
Pro Plan
Best for: Most new LLC owners who want everything they need in one place. Pro is the most popular plan.
What you get: Formation + registered agent service (first year included, then $199/year) + operating agreement + EIN.
First-year total cost: $199 + your state's filing fee. After the first year, the ongoing registered agent service is $199/year.
Premium Plan
Best for: Business owners who want the fastest formation possible and want extra resources to get set up properly.
What you get: Everything in Pro + rush processing (faster state submission) + business document templates (contracts, agreements, and letters for common business needs).
First-year total cost: $349 + your state's filing fee.

Can I upgrade my plan after I've already formed my business?
Yes — you can add individual services from your dashboard at any time. If you started with Starter and want to add registered agent service or an operating agreement, go to My Services → Add Services.
Do Pro and Premium plans renew automatically?
Yes — Pro and Premium include ongoing registered agent service, which renews annually at $199/year after the first year. Your total annual renewal cost depends on which additional services you maintain.
I formed my business. What's my annual cost going forward?
After year one, your main ongoing cost is the registered agent service ($199/year) if you're on Pro or Premium. You may also add Worry-Free Compliance ($99–$299/year).
