Money Pro Refund Policy

Monthly Money Pro subscriptions are not refundable — you retain access through the end of the paid month. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is issued but access continues through the end of the annual term. Errors and duplicate charges are always refunded.

Refund Policy by Plan

Monthly ($30/month)

  • No refund for the current month
  • Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge
  • Access continues through the end of the billing month you've already paid for

Annual ($300/year)

  • Prorated refund available within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • The refund covers the unused months remaining in your annual term
  • After 30 days: no refund; access continues through the end of the 12-month term
  • Example: Cancel 45 days after purchasing annual → no refund, access through month 12

Exceptions — Always Refunded

Regardless of plan type or timing:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same subscription
  • Billing after confirmed cancellation — if charges continued after you properly canceled
  • Service outage refunds — if Money Pro experienced a significant outage that prevented you from using the service during a billing period, contact support and we'll evaluate a credit or refund
  • Never activated — if you were charged but never set up or accessed Money Pro at all

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support at (844) 493-6249 or support@zenbusiness.com
  2. Provide your account email address and the charge date
  3. Describe your situation (within-30-day annual cancel, duplicate charge, etc.)
  4. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your bank account

I just bought an annual plan and changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

Yes — you're within the 30-day refund window for annual plans. Contact support and we'll process a prorated refund for the unused months.

I forgot to cancel before my renewal date and just got charged. Can I get a refund?

For monthly plans, no — the policy doesn't allow refunds for the current billing month. For annual plans, you're within the 30-day window from that renewal date and eligible for a prorated refund. Contact support immediately.

Money Pro was included in my bundle but I never used it. Can I get a refund for that?

If you've never accessed or set up Money Pro and it was charged separately (not bundled), contact support — we'll review the situation. If Money Pro is bundled into your plan (not a separate charge), there may not be a separate Money Pro charge to refund.
