How to Cancel Money Pro

To cancel Money Pro, log in at zenbusiness.com, click your profile icon → Account SettingsSubscriptions, find Money Pro in the list, and click Cancel. You can also Contact our support team or use live chat. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Step-by-Step: Cancel Money Pro Online

  1. Log in at zenbusiness.com
  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Click the Subscriptions tab
  5. Find Money Pro in the list
  6. Click Cancel and confirm when prompted

That's it. You won't be charged again. Your Money Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period (the month or year you already paid for).

- Live chat: Available from the chat icon on your ZenBusiness dashboard

What Cancellation Does NOT Affect

Canceling Money Pro only cancels Money Pro. Your other ZenBusiness services remain completely unchanged:

  • Registered Agent service — still active
  • Worry-Free Compliance — still active
  • ZenBusiness Banking — still active
  • Formation plan (Starter/Pro/Premium) — still active
  • Your LLC's state registration — unaffected

Download Your Data Before You Cancel

Once you cancel, your dashboard access ends immediately — you will not be able to log in or export afterward. Download everything before initiating cancellation.

Recommended: Go to ReportsTax ReportsTax Details (for Tax Filing) — this is the most complete export of your Money Pro data.

Transactions: Expenses or Income tab → Export → select full date range → CSV

Invoices: Invoicing tab → Export All for bulk PDF download

Other tax reports: Reports → Tax Reports → Schedule C Report and Profit & Loss Statement for each year

If you cancel without downloading and re-purchase within 30 days, all your previous data is restored. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get a refund when I cancel?

Monthly plans: no refund — you already paid for the current month and retain access through the end of it. Annual plans: prorated refund available within 30 days of your original purchase date. After 30 days, no refund — access continues through the end of the annual term. I was charged for Money Pro but I never set it up. Can I get a refund?

Yes — if you were charged and never activated or accessed Money Pro, contact our support team with your account email and the charge date. We'll confirm no usage occurred and refund the charge. Duplicate charges and billing after a confirmed cancellation are also always refundable. See the full refund policy.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Your dashboard access ends immediately when you cancel. Your data is held for 30 days — re-purchase within that window and all your previous data is fully restored. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. See What Happens After Canceling Money Pro.

I cancelled but I'm still being billed. What do I do?

Contact support immediately. Provide your account email and the charge date. If cancellation was processed but billing continued in error, we'll refund the incorrect charge.

Can I pause Money Pro instead of canceling?

There is no pause option currently. You can cancel and resubscribe later — if you re-purchase within 30 days of cancelling, all your previous data is restored.

Money Pro was bundled with my formation plan. How do I cancel just that?

Some formation plans include Money Pro at no additional charge. If it's bundled in your plan, there may not be a separate Money Pro charge to cancel. Check your Subscriptions tab to see how it's listed. Contact our support team if you're unsure — we'll review your account and explain exactly what you have.
