Adding money to your ZenBusiness Banking account is the first step to get your account ready for business expenses. It keeps you on track for smart financial management and keeps your personal and business finances separate. There are three ways to deposit money into your ZenBusiness Banking account:
Linking accounts
If you own the account from which you’re transferring money, the easiest way to deposit money is by linking that account with your ZenBusiness Banking account.

After you've linked your external account, follow these steps to move money to a linked account
Depositing funds through linking external account to ZenBusiness Banking account
Log in to your Banking dashboard on your desktop or mobile App
Click “Move money” > “Deposit money”
Select the linked account from which you want to transfer funds
Enter the amount you want to transfer and click “Review Transfer”
You can view the pending transfer under the pending transactions section on your dashboard
Funds transfer can take upto 3 to 4 business days to be completed
Mobile Check Deposits
You can deposit a check to your ZenBusiness Banking account by using our Mobile app or logging in to your ZenBusiness account on a mobile device using browser. Check deposits isn’t available on Desktop.
Steps for depositing checks
Log in to your Banking dashboard on mobile app or mobile browser
Click “Move money” on your dashboard > “Check deposits”
Read instructions on how to prep your check for mobile check deposit
Upload front and back of check by enabling camera access for ZenBusiness and enter deposit amount
Click “Submit."
Your check would be submitted. Check transactions history section on your dashboard to track status of your check deposit
Tips for successful check deposits
First you must endorse the back of your check with your signature and write ‘For mobile deposit at Thread bank” below your signature to make sure the deposit is accepted.
Check deposits can take between 5 to 7 business days

Receiving Customer Payments through ACH & Wire transfers
Share your account and routing numbers with customers so they can easily send payments directly into your ZenBusiness account. To find your account and routing numbers, follow these steps:
From a computer or mobile browser:
Log in to your ZenBusiness Banking dashboard
Navigate to “Account details” and click on it
You can see your account details
From the ZenBusiness mobile app:
Log in to your ZenBusiness mobile app
Click “Show account details” below your account balance widget on the dashboard
