Applying for ZenBusiness Banking is an easy 5-minute process, but before you get started, there are a few things to keep in mind
Requirements to apply for ZenBusiness Banking account:
Your business is located in the US.
You can provide a valid US mailing address
You can provide your Social Security Number (SSN), Tax Identification Number (ITIN) or Passport
You have a valid EIN
You have a US mobile number
ZenBusiness Banking is currently only available to ZenBusiness customers who have formed their LLC or S-Corp with ZenBusiness.
Now when you have the requirements in mind, Follow these steps to apply for a ZenBusienss banking account
Log in to your ZenBusiness account and go to the left navigation bar
Find the Banking Menu and click on overview
Click “Apply now” on the banner
You are now all set to start your banking application
Supported business types
ZenBusiness supports all types of businesses (except the following business types) across all states in the USA.

ZenBusiness Banking is not available to businesses related to:
Gambling or wagering
Adult entertainment-related businesses
Other money services
Documents required to open a ZenBusiness Banking account
Since ZenBusiness Banking is only available to customers who have formed their business with us, we usually have all the info we need on your business and the related documents, which you’ll be asked to confirm.
You’ll just need to provide some more info about you, like your SSN or ITIN.
If you don’t have an SNN or ITIN, we’ll need your passport number and its country of issuance. We may request a photo copy of your passport after you complete the application. You'll be able to securely upload it in the Banking dashboard.
Most applications can be accepted without providing your ID. However, we may request it after the initial automated checks are done. We’ll reach out if we need it.
There's a rare chance you’ll need to provide one or more of the following:
Certified Articles of Incorporation
Signed Operating Agreement
Assumed/trade/fictitious name certificate
Certified Partnership Agreement
Certified Articles of Organization
Copy of your government-issued ID (i.e. Passport/Driver's License)
If we do need these documents, either business or personal, you can securely upload them through the link on your ZenBusiness Banking dashboard. Our system supports pdf, jpeg, and png files, up to 20mb in size.
How long does it take to review my application?
LLCs that are already official can be reviewed instantly, though some may take up to 3 business days after submission of the application or any requested documents are received.
