Troubleshooting for account linking

  • If you encounter difficulties while trying to link your external bank account through Plaid, and you need to make a money transfer, you can initiate the transfer directly from your external account.

  • To do this, you'll need your ZenBusiness Banking routing and account numbers, which can be found on your Banking dashboard under “Account details.”

  • I’m facing issues connecting my account even though Plaid supports my bank.

We recommend always double-checking the accuracy of your bank username and password when logging into your online banking portal. If you rely on a password manager or auto-fill feature, make sure these tools are correctly inputting your login credentials.

  • What do I do if my bank isn't supported by Plaid?
First, confirm that you've correctly entered the name of your bank. If you still can’t find your bank, it's possible that Plaid doesn't currently support it. If this happens, please contact us at {contact details], with the name of your bank, and we'll request that Plaid consider adding support for it.
