I Can't Access Money Pro — Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you purchased Money Pro and your dashboard still prompts you to purchase it or shows an error loading the app, the most common cause is a short entitlement sync delay — typically resolves within minutes to a few hours. Try logging out and back in, or use an incognito window. If you cancelled and repurchased Money Pro, access may require up to 24 hours to restore.
I Just Purchased Money Pro but Can't Access It
After purchasing, Money Pro's entitlement must sync to your account. This process is usually instant but can occasionally take longer.
Try these steps first
- Hard refresh — Press Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to clear the cached page
- Log out and log back in — Go to your account menu → Log out, then log back in at zenbusiness.com
- Try an incognito/private window — Open a new private browser window and log in fresh at zenbusiness.com
- Wait 15–30 minutes — If you just purchased moments ago, the entitlement may still be syncing
If you've waited more than an hour after purchase and still can't access Money Pro, contact our support team.
Is Money Pro Included in Your Plan?
Money Pro is not automatically included with all ZenBusiness formation plans.

To check your plan and whether Money Pro was purchased:
1. Log in at zenbusiness.com
2. Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions
3. Look for "Money Pro" or "ZenBusiness Money" in your active subscriptions
If Money Pro is not in your subscriptions, you haven't purchased it yet. You can add it from your dashboard under ZenBusiness Money.
I Cancelled and Repurchased Money Pro and Can't Get Back In
If you cancelled Money Pro and purchased it again, access typically restores within a few hours. However, some re-purchase scenarios require a backend reconnection that support must complete manually.
What to try
- Wait up to 24 hours after repurchasing before contacting support — most cases resolve on their own
- Log out and log back in to refresh your session
- Check your subscription status under Account Settings → Subscriptions — confirm the new subscription shows as active
If access hasn't restored after 24 hours, contact our support team and mention that you cancelled and repurchased. Support can reconnect Money Pro to your account on the backend.
Note: After reconnecting, your previous transaction history, bank connections, and settings should be intact. However, Plaid bank connections may require re-authentication (you'll see a "Fix your account" prompt on the Expenses page).
Money Pro Won't Load / Shows a Blank Screen
If Money Pro opens but shows a blank screen, infinite loading spinner, or crashes:
- Clear your browser cache — In Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files
- Try a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, or Edge are best supported
- Disable browser extensions — Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere with Money Pro's loading
- Try the mobile browser — Open zenbusiness.com on your phone's browser and navigate to ZenBusiness Money

Frequently Asked Questions
I purchased Money Pro today. How long until it's active?
Most purchases activate within a few minutes. If you've waited more than 1 hour after purchase, log out and back in. If still not active after 2 hours, contact our support team — your subscription status can be manually verified and activated.
The dashboard says "Upgrade to Money Pro" even though I'm on the Pro plan.
Confirm your plan under Account Settings → Subscriptions. If Pro or Premium shows as active, this may be a display bug — try refreshing or an incognito window. If your plan downgraded without your knowledge, contact support to investigate the subscription status.
I cancelled Money Pro — what happens to my data?
Your transaction history, invoices, and bookkeeping data are retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you repurchase within that window, your data is fully restored. After 90 days, data may no longer be recoverable. Contact our support team if you're concerned about data retention.
I repurchased Money Pro but my bank connections are broken.
After a cancellation and repurchase, Plaid bank connections frequently need to be re-authenticated. Go to ZenBusiness Money → Expenses → gear icon → Banks & Integrations and look for a "Fix your account" or "Reconnect" prompt next to each bank. Click through and re-enter your banking credentials. Your transaction history should remain intact.
Can multiple people on my team access Money Pro?
Money Pro is tied to your ZenBusiness account login. Team member access (if available on your plan) is managed under Account Settings → Team Members. If you're trying to share access with a bookkeeper or business partner, contact our support team for options.
