Set Up ZenBusiness Email on iPhone or Android

Use IMAP with the server mail.b.hostedemail.com, port 993 for incoming, and port 465 for outgoing. These settings are the same for iPhone, Android, and Outlook on Android. Use your full business email address as the username.

iPhone (iOS 17)

These steps work on iOS 17. On older iOS versions, the location of the account settings may be slightly different.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Mail → Accounts → Add Account.
  3. Select Other.
  4. Tap Add Mail Account.
  5. Enter your account details:
  6. Name — how your name appears on outgoing email
  7. Email — your full business email address
  8. Password — your email password
  9. Description — a label for the account
  10. Tap Next.
  11. Select IMAP as the account type.
  12. Under Incoming Mail Server, enter:
  13. Host Name: mail.b.hostedemail.com
  14. User Name: your full email address
  15. Password: your email password
  16. Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter:
  17. Host Name: mail.b.hostedemail.com
  18. User Name: your full email address
  19. Password: your email password
  20. Tap Next.

Enter your username and password in both the incoming and outgoing fields even if those fields say they are optional.


Android

Steps may vary slightly by device and Android version. Server settings are the same across all Android devices.

  1. Open the Email app.
  2. Enter your email address and tap Manual Setup.
  3. Select IMAP Account.
  4. Enter incoming account settings:
  5. Username: your full email address
  6. Password: your email password
  7. IMAP server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
  8. Port: 993
  9. Enter outgoing server settings:
  10. SMTP Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
  11. Port: 465
  12. Security Type: SSL / TLS
  13. Username: your email address
  14. Password: your email password
  15. Tap Sign In.

Outlook on Android

  1. Open Outlook on your Android device.
  2. Tap Add Account and enter your business email address.
  3. Select IMAP when asked for the account type.
  4. Enter the server settings:

  6. IMAP port: 993
