ZenBusiness Email Setup Overview

Your ZenBusiness business email is accessed at mail.zenbusiness.com using your full business email address as the username. If you have never set a password, use the temporary password from your activation email, then update it immediately in Settings → Password. Set up password recovery before you need it — it is not enabled by default.


Access Your Webmail Inbox

Go to http://mail.zenbusiness.com and log in with:

  • Username: your full business email address (for example, info@mybusiness.com)
  • Password: the password you set up, or the temporary password from your activation email

After your first login, go to Settings → Password → Change Password and set a secure password.


Set Up Password Recovery

Password recovery must be enabled manually before you need it. Once it is set up, you can reset your password directly from the webmail login screen without contacting support.

How to enable password recovery

  1. Log in to mail.zenbusiness.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Password Recovery.
  3. Choose SMS or Email as your recovery method.
  4. Enter the phone number or email address where recovery codes should be sent.
  5. Enter your current business email password and click Save.
  6. Enter the Response Token sent to your phone or email.
  7. Click Save.

Reset a Forgotten Password

If you have password recovery set up: reset your password from the login screen at mail.zenbusiness.com.

If you do not have password recovery set up: contact our support team via chat, phone, or email to request a manual reset.


Troubleshoot Login Problems

"Incorrect email or password" message

  • Copy and paste your credentials rather than typing to rule out typos.
  • Confirm you are at http://mail.zenbusiness.com — not a different portal.

Cannot access your account at all

Contact our support team. They can reset your password and restore access.

Where do I log in to my ZenBusiness business email?

Go to http://mail.zenbusiness.com and log in with your full business email address and password.

What if I have never set a password?

How do I reset my password?

If you set up password recovery, reset it from the login screen at mail.zenbusiness.com. If not, contact our support team to reset it manually.

Is password recovery enabled by default?

No. You must enable it manually in Settings → Password Recovery inside your webmail account.

Can I use SMS for password recovery?

Yes. When setting up password recovery, choose SMS and enter your phone number.

Can I use my ZenBusiness email in Outlook or Gmail?

Can I access my ZenBusiness email from the ZenBusiness mobile app?

No. The ZenBusiness mobile app does not include email access. To read your business email on a phone, use:

  • Your phone's native mail app (iPhone Mail, Android Gmail) — see Set Up ZenBusiness Email on iPhone or Android
  • Webmail in your mobile browser — go to mail.zenbusiness.com in Safari or Chrome (the webmail interface works on mobile but is designed for desktop)
  • Gmail app or Outlook mobile — add your ZenBusiness email as an IMAP account

The ZenBusiness app is for business formation and service management — email is accessed separately through a mail client.
