Choosing a New Bank

Do I have to choose one of the banking partners identified by ZenBusiness?

No. You can explore one of our preferred partners or move your funds to any financial institution you choose. Partner offers, features, eligibility requirements, and account approval may vary.

Explore banking options

To compare the two options ZenBusiness has identified, see Bank of America vs Mercury: Choosing a New Business Bank. For the steps to transfer your balance, see Move Your Money From ZenBusiness Banking.

Am I guaranteed to be approved?

No. Each provider has its own application, identity-verification, eligibility, and approval requirements. Applying with one of our partners doesn't guarantee approval, and you're always free to apply with a bank of your choice.

Can I still use Money Pro after ZenBusiness Banking closes?

Yes. Money Pro is a separate product and keeps working. ZenBusiness Banking links to Money Pro automatically, but that account can no longer be linked after it closes on November 30, 2026. Once you open a new account, link it to Money Pro through Plaid. Mercury and Bank of America can both be linked this way. See How to Connect Your Bank Account to Money Pro.

Will ZenBusiness help with my application?

Where available and permitted, ZenBusiness may pre-fill information you previously provided to make the process easier. You will be able to review and confirm your information before submitting an application.

The banking provider is responsible for reviewing and approving the application.

Statements, Tax Documents, and Disputes

Can I access statements after my account closes?

Yes, statements and transaction records will continue to be available on your Banking dashboard, for at least 1 year.

Will I still receive tax documents?

Keep your contact and mailing information current.

What if I have an open dispute or unauthorized transaction?

Continue working with ZenBusiness Support on any existing dispute. Account closure does not eliminate your ability to report an issue.

Who Can I Contact for Help?
